We are a Physical Therapy practice located in the heart of Dallas which serves the Dallas Fort-Worth Metroplex that is experiencing rapid growth. We operate outside the traditional healthcare system, which means we serve our clients with a passion and client experience at the level of The Ritz Carlton, and we are looking for your help and creativity to carry out that level of service to our clients.

You have experience successfully growing a $4-5 million revenue business.
You have experience growing a financial team from the ground up.
Can build the financial systems for a small business, based on the individual needs of the business, from the ground up, then hire and coach a financial team on those systems.

You are someone who thrives on the challenge of consistently achieving objective performance standards so you can serve more people better, and grow based on hitting those standards.
You can learn fast and adapt to a QUICKLY CHANGING business. This IS a start-up, so we are hitting the ground running every day. We need every individual on our team to be quick and nimble… and this means the financial software systems that promote that nimbleness.

Who We are looking for:
We are looking for someone to help us grow this business by cash flow clarity and analysis and strategic financial planning promoting growth. We are looking for someone who can build out the financial systems of a small nimble business because you have lead a financial team for a $4-5 million dollar business.
The Specific Outcomes

The successful candidate will consistently flag the business owner to unnecessary or redundant costs.
Will provide weekly reporting in a clear and concise fashion to a business owner.
Will meet virtually or in-person on a weekly basis to strategize the growth of the business from a cash flow and financial analysis perspective.
Will cut at least 10% unnecessary spending in the business per $100,000 without cutting assets or systems that empower the growth of the business.
Nimbly adapt to ever-changing operational systems in a growing business and provide a solid foundation in a mobile practice where the therapists and the business owner are running all over Dallas-Fort Worth.
