Position : Bookkeeper
Job Description : Seeking a multifaceted accounting generalist for a fast-growing Commercial HVAC Service / Mechanical contractor to join our dynamic team.
Areas of Responsibilities
Working knowledge of AR, AP, GL, Payroll, Sales Tax, and HR
Generate and manage subcontractor agreements
Create and manage project files
Construction billing
Customer Service
Miscellaneous administrative duties as required
Experience
Prior work experience in a HVAC environment a plus but not required
4+ years accounting experience
QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
