Job Description : Business Development Manager (BDM)
Position Overview:
The primary job function of the BDM is to increase revenues in the Parts, Service and Rental Departments by the acquisition of new accounts and the retention of existing accounts through best in class customer service. To become “Trusted Advisor’s” to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:
Acquisition of New Accounts:
B2B sale of PM Service Agreements, Repair Maintenance, Parts and RentalAccount Planning and StrategyTerritory Organization, Execution and ManagementDaily customer outreach utilizing EDA, Sales Genie and other customer identification platformsCreate, manage and maintain sales pipeline and opportunities in CRM Retention of Existing Accounts:
Customer service support for existing customer base to include quote preparation as required, proposals and strategiesScheduled monthly/quarterly follow up meetings with top 20%
Promotion and sale of short term rental equipment
Lead generation on new and used equipment and Warehouse Solutions
Sell Operator Training classes
Expectations:
YOY Parts, Service and Rental revenue growth.
$300,000 Service Revenue Growth (Add 2 technicians per territory annually).$300,000 Parts Revenue Growth (1:1 Labor to Parts Ratio)30% Growth in Rental Revenue (Year over Year)
Minimum of 300 new PM Service Agreements per year – (Goal may vary by market size)
Minimum of (2) Strategy Sessions per month on targeted accounts
Weekly (one on one) reviews with Operations Manager and/or Product Support Manager
Reviews to Include: Territory Management and ExecutionCustomer EngagementSales PipelineAttack Accounts

Pay: $36,021.00 – $144,965.00 per year
