Job Description : POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in the daily operations of the Mobile Mammography and Primary Care Units, as well as process improvement efforts to improve programmatic development. In addition, assists in overseeing all community health initiatives. Provides leadership to staff to accomplish departmental operational needs. Assists in preparation and management of the departmental budget. Prepares monthly reports with program data to track various activities and health indicators. Collaborates with the Management team for the strategic planning, development and implementation of programs to benefit University Health System. Performs assigned duties efficiently and complies with instructions from supervisor to whom responsible. Coordinates additional departmental responsibilities such as event scheduling, patient registration, site visits and staffing.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Education, or Social Work , or related field OR 4 years of equivalent management experience including two years of Operations Manager experience with University Health System.
