Job Description :
Shift Timing : Rotational (Evening/Night)
JIRA Dashboard : Setup and maintain to track and share testing progress
Test Plan : draft, review, finalize and signoff for major releases and for special off-cycle projects
Business test cases : Prepare and execute comprehensive test cases to cover in-scope requirements
Testers and Test Data: Identify the right testers and prepare test data to ensure sufficient test coverage and signoff
Arrange and host meetings: including UAT kickoff, exit, and daily meetings
Regression testing : continuous effort to build up regression test cases, to send for automation and to ensure manual execution
Test Traceability reporting: Ensuring clear and complete test traceability report is available and satisfy RA/QA requirements
Manage testing escalations, ensure test execution on schedule, and provide leadership in test processes
Basic qualification:
Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent. Typically 2-5 years relevant experience for entry to this level. Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.
Preferred skill-sets:
Experience in web-based testing;
Develop and execute test scenarios to validate the requirements.
Familiar with software development life cycle and testing methodology (Agile and waterfall). Excellent in verbal and written conversation.
Good with coordinating and collaborating with teams.
Capable of driving focused discussion and leading effort to solution.
Experience with defect tracking system(s) (Jira a plus)
Understanding of release management – Coordinate business activities around the release including patch releases thru stabilization; build-exit, UAT coordination, go live validation management.
Good To Have :
Prior working experience of any CMS tools (preferably AEM, WCS/WCC)
Experience of testing eCommerce platform.
Prior experience in site search tool testing (Endeca is a plus)
Cross-browser and cross-platform testing experience required

Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.

Must have 2-3 years of relevant experience.
