Job Description : Agilent’s Certified Pre-Owned Instrument Refurbishment business is rapidly becoming a strategic asset for the company. It helps Agilent compete in lower end markets, reach new customers who think they cannot afford the premium brand equipment and is also playing a key role in helping our technology driven customers upgrade to the latest systems.

To maintain the vector of our business growth we are looking to add a used instrument procurement and reporting specialist to our new instrument sourcing team. In this role you will be working with our reverse logistics team to help prepare instrument buyback quotes, identify and order the appropriate packing material, and help arrange the pickup and transport of the trade in instruments to our refurbishment centers. In addition to helping our reverse logistics team manage offers for used equipment to ensure we have the right inventory to meet business needs, you will work collaboratively with the operational team (technical refurbishment) and business development teams to generate reporting capabilities that will provide insight into unfinished and finished inventory levels, costing data, and margin levels.
Responsibilities:Work within SAP to generate used instrument buyback offersProvide logistical support for our business development managersWork closely with the reverse logistics team to arrange for the delivery of appropriate packaging material and instrument pickupCreate and maintain business reports to support inventory analysis and costing, buyback price levels, and margin analysisProvide recommendations on improvements in the reverse logistics and inventory management processes
Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
5-6 years of work relevant experience
Hands on experience in SAP ECC
Experience in managing reports and basic level of analytics
Good knowledge of excel
Understanding of Refurbish business, equipment, product portfolio & markets that get served will be an added advantage
