Job Description : This job is a civilian position and does not require military service (including commission and enlistment)
Responsibilities:

Position is part of a Regional Call Center and will be required to work different shifts on a rotating basis, including overnights, weekends and holidays.
Work involves the receipt and processing of customer service request for maintenance and repair of physical facilities. Customer service requests are received by telephone call and by e-mail.
Access to computer network is required to maintain information or data.
Incumbent may be designated as ALPHA personnel and required to report for duty or held in a duty status to provide support before, during and/or after special emergency situations, such as, but not limited to, destructive weather, disasters or periods of an increased security threat. In the unlikely event of a Base closure, the incumbent may be required to travel in support of a temporary Regional Call Center (RCC) to be located in another regional Base.
Position requires valid state driver’s license.

Requirements for all NAVFAC Positions:
– A US Citizen aged 18 or older at time of hire
