Our Service Representatives are responsible for customer support in our high-paced call centers.

What you’ll do as an AT&T Service Representative:

Consult with customers to recommend a variety of AT&T products and services to meet our customers needs
Provide AT&T customers with a positive service experience
Interact with multiple online systems while speaking with customers
Meet service objectives in a fast paced call center environment

Our Service Representatives must be able to:

Complete on-the-job and/or classroom training as required to remain on the job
Work day, evening, night, weekend and/or split shifts if required

AT&T will consider for employment qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of federal, state and local laws

Qualify on pre-employment screening

Customer Experience Assessment – Sales (CEA-Sales)
