Position : Call Center Representative [BS]
Job Description : Regal Staffing Services is currently hiring a call center representative for a firearms company located in the Fort Worth area.

Shift/Pay Rate: Monday – Friday (8:30am to 5pm): $17 – $19/hour (Depending on Experience)
Requirements:
1-2 year experience in call center or related field
Proven experience dealing with difficult situations and diffusing uncomfortable situations
Knowledge of firearms is preferred, but not required
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Type 40 wpm
Work a full-time schedule including weekends and some holidays
Submit and pass criminal background and drug test
