You will be working for webuyanycar.com, a successful consumer-to-business website that lets consumers value their car online and sell it at a local branch. Job Summary:
webuyanycar.com has a rich history of success and growth up and down the East Coast and are looking to expand. We are currently looking for driven, dedicated individuals that are excited about the opportunity to join a winning team and continue to drive home the culture of success that has been built. This is a customer focused position intended to train qualified individuals to assume responsibilities in establishing superior Customer Service, create customer relationships and company brand building. This position has no direct reports and is responsible only for the specific operations of the branch (make calls, respond to emails, generate appointments).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Call Center Representatives make outbound calls to website visitors
Contact and communicate with customers with the intention of setting up an appointment
Build rapport with customers
Meet daily phone and email quota
Maintain a prospect system
Ability to work independently
Perform additional duties as required

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.
2 years Call Center experience

Skills/Knowledge:

Professional candidates with great communication skills
Highly Organized
Strong phone skills
Ability to build rapport with the customer
Highly Motivated and Striving to Succeed
Self-Starter
Positive Attitude and Strong Work Ethic

Computer literate

Required Competencies:

Meet outbound call and email quota
Build rapport with customers
Effective communicate with potential customers and qualify them as an appointment
Ability to answer basic questions
Book quality appointments for branches
Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to work independently
Ability to problem solve
Entrepreneurial attitude: Proactive and positive personality/energy
Process: Focus on constant process improvement and use of technology to become more efficient
Communication: Ability to communicate with different audiences (locally and globally) and explain specific topics to team members and stakeholders

Quality and outcome orientation: Deliver accurate and clear results for the work delivered
