We are seeking highly motivated and responsible individuals to be part of our winning team of patient enrollment & engagement specialists. The majority of our interactions entail conducting medical surveys with prospective patients over the phone as the first step to qualify for free medical research studies being conducted in their area. This is a fast-paced job!
Talk to people over the phone and follow a pre-selected set of questions asking about medical conditions to pre-qualify prospective patients for a study being conducted in their area.
· Make outbound calls to prospective patients.
· Receive inbound calls from prospective patients
· Calls typically last 15-20 minutes depending on the patient’s answers
· First part of job trained is outbound calling using an automatic dialer so be comfortable making lots of calls and speaking to people all throughout the day. You will get a bunch of not interested people as part of the outbound campaign and that is alright so long as you are doing your part and staying positive and professional. We get 2-3 people every hour that complete the study questionnaire and that makes for success!
KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Excellent reading skills a must
· Customer service experience a plus
· Excellent phone etiquette
· Comfortable managing basic computer systems quickly & efficiently
· Must be able to handle a large amount of call volume per day.
· Be receptive to feedback and be team-oriented.
· Must be able to attend work on time without distraction every day.
· Must pass a background and drug test
Pay is $12.00 – $18.00 per hour depending on you!
What do we mean by the pay range? It’s totally up to you. Just for attending daily and on time you will automatically get a $1.5 per hour bonus on your time on the phone. So you are already making bonuses. We have bonuses for QA, bonuses for productivity. It’s really up to you to achieve your earnings. So, if u want to be at the higher pay rates, you can get that by the consistent effort you put in. It’s actually pretty simple to be on the higher pay ranges, it’s totally up to your effort and we reward those that put in the effort!
