Position : Call Center Scheduler/Reservationist

Job Description : The Reservationist’s responsibility is to handle incoming calls and scheduling transportation for seniors and the disabled community.
The Reservationist will be required to provide an exemplary level of service to all customers.General Duties:
Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies and procedures.
Answer inbound calls professionally.
Process transportation requests, changes, cancellations, and group trips received by telephone, fax, email, mail and internally using the current scheduling software
Provide customers with service information and respond to customer inquiries accurately.
Review and update multiple software applications simultaneously to analyze and determine a customers’ trip eligibility
Provide Paratransit and accessible fixed-route service information; assist customers with conditional eligibility with alternative travel.
REMOTE WORK AVAILABLE AFTER 3 WEEK ON SITE TRAINING
