As our new Call Center Trainer, you will be the backbone of our organization.
The ideal candidate for this role will continuously look for ways to ensure employees possess the proper skills, knowledge, and materials to successfully perform their duties. You will set the tone and create a realistic simulation of what to expect when a new employee-owner joins the team. The primary focus for this roll will be New Hire training, and will include additional duties as assigned by your direct leadership team.
Requirements

Train 25 – 35 call center collections agents on average.
Conduct web-based training sessions.
Design and improve training modules and curriculum.
Improve agent performance and development through coaching and development.
Identify and decrease skill gaps.
Motivate and engage with agents to create an energetic, fun, and inclusive training environment.

Key Qualifications

Bilingual is a plus.
1+ years of experience in conducting web-based training sessions is a plus.
Experience in curriculum development is a preferred.
1+ years of experience in a call center environment.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel is preferred.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent relationship building skills.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
Punctual.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
