Description
As a Campus recruiter, your focus will be to oversee and be responsible for ensuring that the highest caliber candidates are attracted through appropriate on-campus marketing and effective screening of candidates. This role includes managing the campus strategy, partnerships, implementing on-campus efforts for recruiting and supporting the campus programs. This role will also be responsible for supporting the off-campus recruitment requirements along with the talent acquisition team. You will liaise with campus recruiters, senior management, career services, faculty, organizations, candidates and marketing experts. The Campus recruiter will work closely with business professionals to implement the strategy which will cover a range of areas including outreach, metrics, evaluation and communication for Milliman Inc.
Job Description
Identify target universities and lead the campus recruiting initiatives to determine appropriate business engagement
Ensure and coordinate the development and support of diversity recruiting efforts across targeted campuses
Design Campus hiring calendar & create and implement a robust Campus Hiring Strategy
Gather Campus requirements from stakeholders
Responsible for recruiting for off-campus hiring as well
Represent the brand on campus and make an impact by understanding each business line and be able to deliver Milliman Introduction sessions and trainings at the campus
Build relationships with campus placement teams and faculty representatives to facilitate the campus program across a variety of campuses
Liaise with the Global Campus hiring team to co-ordinate efforts between APAC/MEA and Global
Act as the go-to contact for stakeholders for all matters related to campus process and related governance
Ensure program level operational KPIs agreed with stakeholders are met
Be responsible for collecting competitive intelligence from campuses through primary and secondary sources on recruitment, compensation, campus rankings, etc.
Hosting career events for recent graduates and students belonging to relevant fields/departments
Conduct various campus engagement initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing Team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s – minimum
4+ years of relevant experience
Experience in volume hiring is a plus
Exceptional communication & articulation skills
Public speaking and presentation skills
Strong networking and relationship skills
Ability to collaborate and engage strongly with business
Strong Team player
Sound understanding of the recruitment process and university databases.
Be open to stretch and deliver to ad-hoc business need
