Job Description : Stiiizy is seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals to add to our growing Field Marketing team as Brand Ambassadors *living in the NORTH PHOENIX/DEER VALLEY area* as we quickly expand in Arizona! Brand Ambassadors will work on a part-time basis, in person, based off of availability, typically travelling no more than a 25 mile radius from their home address, unless otherwise needed. BA’s are expected to work up to 29 hours per week based on availability, earning $20/hr, with opportunities for mileage reimbursement.
*Qualified candidates will have an outgoing personality, show enthusiasm and be coachable/ready to learn. This position will report directly to the AZ Field Marketing Manager, and will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the growth of an expanding cannabis company.**This position is perfect for somebody looking to make money with having fun, and to get their foot in the door of the cannabis industry now that Arizona is officially a Recreational state. You will meet tons of new people, learn about products, brands, state law and regulations, and as we grow in AZ, more opportunities will arise.**Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining customer and dispensary relationships
Promoting Our Brand and products
Generating sales and managing sell-through
Knowledge of company products, mission, values
Educating patients, customers and industry staff on products available, services, features, upcoming events, promotional deals, etc.
Working with Sales team to gather sales and marketing reports
Take care of product, event kits and merchandise
Inventory reporting
Customer service
**Job Qualifications/Requirements:**
Must be aged 21 or older
Must have personal, reliable source of transportation (car, truck, van; no scooters, bikes)
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
Must have no felonies on record
FA Card Preferred – to be provided upon hiring, if not already attained
Sales experience preferred
Restaurants, retail, event experience preferred
Self-motivated, self-sufficient
Excellent listening skills and follow-through
Exceptional communication and time management skills
Passion for the cannabis industry
Problem-solving skills
Punctuality – “on time” is late, and “late” is unacceptable!
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Love to have fun!
MUST live in the listing area of DEER VALLEY/NORTH PHOENIX, AZ – this is not a position that can be traveled to, relocated to, or done remotely.
