Position : Cannabis Production Associate
Job Description : Production team members will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the department. In this role, you will be a valuable part of our manufacturing and production team, ensuring our production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standard of safety and quality. You will be working with a team of reliable and punctual individuals who work together with a positive attitude to produce various cannabis products.
The Production team will report to the Production Manager who will delegate tasks and identify which product to package and in what denominations.
In addition to production team members, we are also actively searching for production leads and driver candidates. These are positions we prefer to fill by by promoting production team members that are punctual, work hard, and exhibit leadership qualities.
On any given day, the production crew is generally assigned to one of more of the following processes:
Production/Batching
· Counting and sorting product and packaging
· Labeling, packaging and prepping product for distribution, ensuring compliance with state regulations
Flower Packaging
· Sort and weigh flower into bags or jars
· Apply brand labels and compliance labels
· Seal the jar such that it is tamper evident
Pre-roll Manufacturing
· Twist and package pre-rolls in compliant packaging with tamper evident shrink bands
· Label jars and lids with appropriate stickers/labels
Concentrates
· Weigh and package concentrates in packaging with tamper evident seals
All
· Maintaining a clean and organized work space
· Consistently producing quality products
· Sanitation and clean up of work area throughout the day
· Following all SOPs and policies to ensure safety and compliance

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: One location
