About the Role
The employee will be a subject matter expert to define a strategy for the WH and Logistics vertical, drive process excellence, bench mark practices for 3PL, Logistics service providers and drive governance with stake holders on defined targets/KPI
Key Responsibilities
Supply planning
Planning, and Scheduling of all SKUs (Supply planning with partners, Scheduling and Partner Governance)
Develop in-warding plan/ scheduling strategy working with deployment for 4 weeks firm and tentative plans & review on weekly basis to adjust for any corrections within equipment lead times
Participate in S&OP meeting to Plan the Pan India Inventory.
Coordinate with strategic partners globally for orders and delivery schedules.
Partner supply performance measurement OTIF & providing it to sourcing for commercial decisions wherever applicable.
Coordinating with central network as well as circle commercial to get demand raised as per deployment cycle into the system.
Inventory Management
Managing inventory planning across 28 warehouses.
Define the circle level inventory level as per demand and develop tracking mechanism to identify potential shortfalls/ excess inventories.
Reconcile gaps/ excess inventories and provide timely corrections to prevent shortages
Reduction in aged-inventory and drive scrapping process to reduce non-usable inventory.
Experience & Skills
Proficient in supply chain concepts including planning, inventory management, distribution, logistics
Passion to learn
Good Communication skill
People and partner management
Analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Knowledge of Oracle-Inventory, Purchase modules
