Job Description : Welcome to Solcere!
Are you a health coach with a passion to help clients implement behavior change to achieve their health goals? We are looking for a health coach to manage a team of other coaches, create creative content for email marketing, and also schedule new patients.
Join a team that is actively changing how the world sees dementia. Solcere is a well established clinic focusing on brain health, cognition and reversing dementia. We are a team of 3 Naturopathic doctors (2 are ReCODE certified), 1 DO (doctor of osteopathic medicine) who is trained in functional medicine and 1 MD whose other credentials are MPH, FACN and ReCODE.
Our clinic support staff includes a skilled phlebotomist, well trained and very supportive front desk staff, an office lead and a research study coordinator. As a health coach at Solcere, you will be an integral part of a small team responsible for the health and wellness of hundreds of highly demanding health conscious clients. Your role will be to understand patient behavior and motivation and help them achieve their health goals.
It is our mission to serve San Diego, Southern California and the whole country delivering the highest level of personal service in an environment that supports optimal health and wellness. We are looking for an energetic self-starter who is passionate about both their career and natural health.
Our ideal candidate will be ensure our clients receive the highest quality of reception, care, and attention, and takes pride in helping others. This role is perfect for a health coach who is confident, grounded and likes to interact with an older population. We value patience, excellent communication skills and a great work ethic. ReCODE certification is an added plus.

Clinical Cognitive Decline and Impairment: The diagnostic, educational, and treatment tools, techniques, and protocols specific to memory loss and impaired brain function.
Clinical Empathy: Familiar with patient/client-centric communication techniques, actively listens and demonstrates a high level of emotional understanding.
Office Etiquette: Familiar with professional workplace/office operations and procedures
Research Methods: Understands and applies basic scientific research methodologies, principles and ethics
Tech Savvy: Must be able to operate Mac OS as well as Microsoft Office suite, and familiar with CMS or EMR systems

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage a team of Health Coaches
Content creation and email marketing
New Patient Scheduling

What Experience Are We Looking For?

Two years of relevant work experience
Sales and marketing experience

What Education and Certifications are Required/Desired?

Required: Health coaching certificate
HIPPA
Bloodborne Pathogens

The role requires sitting, occasional light lifting (25lbs), walking, and some repetitive movement using a mouse and a keyboard.
