Job Description : Chief of Staff: Seeking a polished professional to provide organizational, administrative, and personal support to Kelli Cubeta in order to allow her to fully focus on the firm’s clients and maximize her time. Kelli is the founder and owner of Cubeta Law Group representing businesses across Texas in the areas of labor and employment, contracts, and litigation. Responsibilities

Manage the firm’s calendar;
Communicate with clients;
Manage office operations including vendors and office supplies;
Issue and reconcile monthly billing;
Prepare for meetings by creating agendas and drafting presentation materials;
Conduct new client research;
Organize and maintain files;
Answer phone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls when appropriate;
Maintain and update inventories of client contact details; and
Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by monitoring deadlines and providing timely reminders.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
