Drive strategic Digital Initiatives from development through successful execution within the Digital Organization
Assist and communicate in decision-making, program management, and employee initiative implementation for Digital team
Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity for enhanced Business excellence
Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning
Support the human resources department with new hires and attrition control with business measures
Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders
Work on increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with heads and executives on special business projects
