Job Description
Reporting to the MD/CEO you will be responsible for-
Spearheading strategies to steer the company’s future in a positive direction
Entire end to end operations of the company along with Risk, Credit, Audit, Collections, IT, process handling for the entire organization
Driving the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals
Controlling company costs, and introducing tactical initiatives to address risk and losses
Monitoring invoices, money handling procedures, accounting and bank processes
Preparing timely and accurate management information system
Overseeing multiple functions and implementing better business practices
Delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants
Employing various initiatives to coach senior employees to optimize their capabilities
Completing performance reviews in a prudent manner
Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements
Incumbent will oversee functions like Operations, Customer Service, Technology, Internal Audit and overall Risk and Compliance
The Successful Applicant
Looking for suitable candidate with 15+ years work experience in the retail lending industry who might be existing-Chief Operating Officer
or
Head Operations and CollectionsFor any retail bank / Small Finance Bank/ Housing Finance company/ NBFC etc and handled mortgages. Home loans as products.
Multi-dimensional skills in Operations, Risk, IT/Digital Initiatives and understands Credit
Ability to design and implement processes
Proven track record of management skills, demonstrated experience of ethical leadership
Strong process orientation and structured thinking
Proven track record of outstanding performance in financial services mortgage business
