Job Description : We are looking for a person with experience in building an organization, building systems for scale, leading high growth organizations and developing a high-performance culture. We want someone who knows how to move fast and break things, someone who can bring order to the chaos and not get overwhelmed by it.
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and running all the revenue operations of the company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. This role is an integral member of the Executive Team with responsibility to shape the strategic and long-term revenue enhancement direction of the business.
Responsibilities
Take charge of different revenue operations
Develop data driven plans to understand and improvise on the areas of improvement to provide better services to the clients.
Develop and implement marketing/branding/partnership strategies to enhance revenue streams.
Be in regular contact with clients and service providers to evaluate the need and incorporate them into the product to keep the enhancement cycle on-going.
Engage with finance, marketing and product management teams to align them on the business model.
Enhance marketing/sales functions by resolving issues and developing strategic data driven plans.
Develop go-to market strategies and implement them to enhance upscaling of revenue streams
Requirements
Work experience as a CRO role or similar role. (background in online media or advertising industry is a plus.
Proven experience of leading a revenue enhancement project for a tech company.
Strong analytical skills and ability to generate and present data driven solutions to clients.
Excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
Proven experience of enhancing revenue streams
