About the Company:

Khanna Paper’s main objective is the development of recycled, eco-responsible and innovative papers that offer clients unmatched level of quality and performance. For the most part, our range of paper and paper related products are manufactured with recycled fibres.
Our plant is located in Amritsar, Punjab which is famous for iconic Golden Temple and Indo-Pak Wagah border. The facility is spread over 80 acres making it the largest single location plant in the country to use recyable paper waste. Our annual production capacity is half a million tons with four paper machines, deinking plants and inhouse captive powerplant of 30 MW. The mill boasts with highly skilled production teams, capable of dealing with rising demand of producing a wide range of paper and its products.

About the Job

As Chief Security Officer, you will implement fire and security policies, regulations, rules, and norms so as make the company environment safe for employees and visitors.

What you will do:

Risk Assessments to include process study of Business Unit/ Operation.
Security Operations and Budgeting.
Security environment study and security designing.
Risk advisories and Root cause Analysis.
Formulating risk management framework, policy, and procedures.
Oversee upkeep and maintenance of fire systems: Fireline, hydrant points, Fire tender, ambulance, Extinguishers, detectors.
Disaster management in terms of QRTs, emergency response and reaction teams, and contingency planning and drills.
Weighbridge and Transport Management.
Vendor Management

What you need to have:

Candidate should be preferably from Major Rank or Ex-Captain
