Job Description : Sr. Software Engineer – Java Developer (Upgraded to Java AWS Developer)

3 – 5 years | Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune

Mandatory Skills

Strong understanding of OOPS concepts & SOLID Principles
Experience in Unit testing using Junit, Mockito
Strong experience working with Core Java, Java 8, JSP & Servlets
Experience in working with RDMS DB (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server) & ORM tools (JPA, Hibernate etc.)
Understanding of Web APIs – SOAP, REST
Should have good design and analytical skills
Experience working in Agile model
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills

Exposure to Authentication and Authorization (JWT, Spring LDAP, OKTA etc.)
Understanding of NoSQL DBs -like MongoDB and Cassandra etc.
Knowledge of Hibernate & Spring JPA
Knowledge of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD
Prior experience of working with cloud computing would be an added advantage
Prior experience of working with healthcare applications will be an added advantage
Exposure to Spring MVC, Java REST Web API, Angular 2.0 or above & Junit

Education

Engineering Degree – BE, BTech, BCS
Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable
