Job Description : Urgently Seeking Class A Property Manager
We are hiring! Is this you? A proven Property Manager ready to hit the ground running, taking responsibility for 500 units in Class A properties in Center City, Philadelphia. This position would be based in our corporate office just minutes off I-95.
What would your day look like?

Processing rental applications
Updating leases and tenants’ accounts
Arranging tenants’ key pickup and coordinating move in/out
Lease renewals
Processing tenants’ storage rentals
Maintaining tenant files
Following up on delinquent payments and collections documentation as needed
Tenant communication
Resolve tenant issues via email
Pricing services with vendors
Report updates in Excel
Coordinate maintenance issues between maintenance teams and tenants
Other assigned duties

What are our absolute must-haves?

Minimum 5 years’ Property Management experience
Experience with Class A properties, and managing Assistant Property Manager(s)
Must be a fast learner
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent problem solving, finding creative “outside the box” solutions

Anything else?

No Leasing experience is needed
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Ability to multitask, and complete work in a fast paced, high volume environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
