About our Clerical Positions
We’re looking for Clerical Workers to process incoming mail and customer transactions for one of the world’s largest and best-known financial institutions! These are long-term, temporary positions with flexible schedules. You’ll be responsible for processing both basic and complex document transactions with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency. If you’re detail-oriented and work well independently, this might be the opportunity for you!
Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a Clerical Worker, you’ll:
Sort incoming mail and process remittance statements
Remove customer payments and forms from envelopes
Enter data into the system following standard bank operating procedures
Process checks using customer-specific processing instructions
Operate high-speed imaging equipment
Match check images to corresponding materials and validate image quality
Support other departments as needed
Shifts
A: Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm
D: Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm
G: Monday-Friday 10:00pm-6:30am
Note: Weekly hours are based on client need and work volume
Pay Rate
Earn $18 – $20.70/hr.

Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods
Ability to understand, follow and execute instructions
Comfortable making judgement calls, as needed
High attention to detail and quality
Time management skills
Must have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Previous clerical experience a plus
