The Client Advisor is not only an ambassador for the Brand but a guide and a confidant through the Maison of Louis Vuitton. You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need and guide them across the Brand, delivering the best Client experience while conveying your passion for the product.

Profil
In order to be successful in this role you must be someone who has experience working in a client-centric retail environment or a strong history involving customer service and dealing with a diverse and elevated clientele. We are seeking someone who is motivated to continuously improve personal performance, possesses elevated interpersonal skills, and the curiosity to discover and delight our clients.
The Client Advisor will:
Drive and achieve individual/team objectives and be accountable for sales results
Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, using different clientele tools to cultivate Brand loyalty
Learn and master the Brand and product knowledge
