A Client Care Associate is dedicated to leading and providing outstanding after sales and repairs services experiences to our Clients. We ensure operational efficiency and a smooth process from the point of receipt to the return of the product to the client.
Profil
As the voice of Client Services in the store, you will champion all services offered by Louis Vuitton. The Client Care Associate ensures each client feels cherished and understood at every step of their experience! We discover our clients and their every need, guide them in every aspect of Client Care and build positive relationships with them.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Consistently following up with clients regarding their items or queries
Encouraging a service mentality among the team with a dedication to elevating service levels through all channels
Mastering an in depth knowledge of the product’s technical aspects and Louis Vuitton processes and policies
Being creative and open-minded when exploring options or recommendations that would be in the manner best for both the client and the company
