Job Description : Welcome to the Phoenix Metro Area Premier Honda Dealership. We are looking for result-driven retail Sales Associates to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.

Responsibilities:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
Be creative and promote yourself and Honda through social media channels.
Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
Work with Management to achieve sales goals.
Go the “extra mile” for everyone.
Build productive trust relationships with customers.
Create life-long Brand loyalty.
Make friends.

Requirements

Retail Sales, Customer Service or similar role preferred, but not required.
Trainable. We will work with you to make you successful.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
Ability to perform under pressure.
Must pass drug screen and background check.
