Job Description : LEADERSHIP and BUSINESS ACUMEN- builds confidence, respect, and cooperation while leading self and others with integrity to achieve business results and organizational objectives.

Develop, motivate, and lead a team of specialists effectively. Must be able to manage, coordinate and direct the daily operations of overtime eligible staff members while maintaining overall team productivity to meet department goals.
Write and deliver performance results on monthly scorecards, My Development Priority Setting Sessions, mid- year and annual reviews.
Participate in compensation decisions and delivery of such decisions

Drive innovation and be bold: Generate ideas for continuous improvement and drive implementation of initiatives that promote productivity & quality
Manage Escalations and Complaints: Effectively remediate escalations and complaints from customers and employees.

Sets high standards: Executes effective objectives that are challenging yet realistic. Sets and achieves goals that tie into broader functional/firm goals in a fast-paced changing environment.
