Job Description : Under the general direction of the Business Banking Credit Ops Leader the Credit Ops Coordinator (CC) provides primary coverage through partnership with a local Deal Team (Business Relationship Manager, Area Manager, BLC, etc.) to meet customer’s target closing dates.
The Credit Coordinator is responsible for post approval processing of deals for credit facilities underwritten through the Business Loan Center and management of post-closing activities outlined below.

Ongoing credit documentation monitoring for coverage area portfolio to obtain and validate the timely receipt of information required for credit review and monitoring actions
Ongoing data quality management functions with a focus on minimizing credit and collateral exceptions, and resolving loan agreement processing exceptions.
Provide status updates and present Problem Credit Reports (PCRs) to the Market and Area Manager on credits in assigned portfolio.
Portfolio credit maintenance and remediation workflows as needed to address risk and control issues with portfolio customers.
The incumbent will also work independently with clients to obtain required loan documentation, schedule closings and promote appropriate solutions to enhance the client experience associated with the post approval and loan booking process.
The CSCC must execute these objectives in a manner that adheres strictly to CCB controls and credit compliance standards.
The individual will work with the relationship team to promote aligning approved facility with Auto Debit functionality and within their Chase Online for Business profile where appropriate.

Requires 5+ years of total related experience in Business Banking Client Service/Support or similar position in business loan processing, commercial lending support environment and/or similar position.
Ability to establish credibility and rapport, be friendly and personable and look for ways to benefit the customer
Professional, thorough and organized; able to follow standard operating policies and procedures
Demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of post approval credit policy and workflows plus displays problem solving and sound judgment.
Works effectively in a team environment, while assuming individual responsibility. Self starter, independent thinker, and self reliant.
Completion of training courses in credit policy and BLC workflows through a bank sponsored training program or other related course work.
Ability to work some weekends or evenings as needed to accommodate client requests.
College degree preferred or High school degree/GED or foreign equivalent
