Job Description : You’re a bright, highly motivated college graduate who’s looking for fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting in which you can flourish. You’ll be the face of Voiceover, providing email, phone and occasional in-person support to ensure to provide client all assistance and information required to engage and for service delivery. You guide clients on the use of our website, support them with their questions regarding the product via email or phone , and demonstarte the use of site where required
Responsibilities
Guide clients on the use of our website & answer their queries
Provide expertise to a protfolio of clients on our services
Provide insight on the customer user experience and make recommendations on how to improve our product and services
Support service delivery managers in execution
Support the marketing department in understanding client needs and services sought
Skills and Qualifications
Graduate with 2 to 3 years of HR or customer facing experience
Great written, oral, and presentation communication abilities
Problem solving and Critical thinking skills
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
Ease and comfort in interacting with people
