In this role, you will be lining up prospects for close with our experienced closer. There is room for advancement. You will also be servicing clients and help them invest better. You will report to the Branch Manager and your responsibilities will be dependent on the Branch Manager’s span of control and geographic location.
Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and convert them into qualified leads.

You are required to have a thorough understanding of all Arihant Capital’s products and services and pricing and should be able to explain the right product to them.

Ensure prospects fully understand how we can help them with the services we offer.

Develop and maintain an active pipeline to achieve sales targets. Create and maintain a database and tracking system for the sales channel.

Maintain and update all client activity on our client relationship management (CRM) systems.

Schedule appointments of clients with the Relationship Managers.

Following up with the leads generated.

Maintaining MIS report of the calling done on daily basis.

Pitching the products to the prospective clients and make the closures.

Trying to build a healthy and long-term relationship with the clients.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to products and services.
Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of sales experience (experience in financial products selling is preferred).

The candidate should be a graduate with excellent speaking skills.

Basic knowledge of using Microsoft Office Word, Excel And Power Point applications.
