Job Description : Work with an amazing team in a dynamic cancer and chronic pain management practice.
QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS

2 plus years of experience as a supervisor in a medical facility
At least 3 years of experience in pain management facility
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Thorough knowledge of medical terminology, clinical flow and staff roles
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel and Word
Extensive experience using an electronic practice management system, preferably NextGen
Ability to analyze situations accurately and take effective corrective action
Experience training staff and monitoring training needs
Impeccable customer service skills
Highly organized and thorough
Able to maintain a positive and professional work environment
Regular and reliable attendance

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise clinical staff ensuring tasks are completed and the needs of the clinic, patients and providers are met
Ensure patient charts are maintained to meet Health Quality Measures, high standards in documentation and research requirements
Proactively identify obstacles in any given work day and assist in finding creative compromises quickly, working with staff and as staff when needed
Monitor clinic equipment checks, calibrations and certifications
Prepare employee reviews and work with Clinic Manager to ensure staff are meeting high standards and progressing in knowledge and skill
Run regular reporting to monitor employee assignments and clinic goals
Train and retrain employees in clinical protocol regarding EHR, workflow, safety, preparedness, patient communication, and devices
Assist in resolution of patient complaints
Monitor attendance before, during and after work hours and adjust accordingly
Understand the goals of the practice and work to obtain these goals both independently and with the direction of the management team
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, physicians, management and staff
Communicate regularly with management staff in order to recommend, develop and implement policy and procedure improvements directly related to the overall functioning of the clinic
Perform any ancillary duties as needed by management, providers and the medical director

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:Masking is required in clinic. About 50% of our patients visit are telehealth, some curbside.

Phoenix, AZ 85028: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Bachelor’s (Preferred)
