Job Profile
This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. Roles typically require a university degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience. Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline. The job requires the ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience or knowledge.
Job Description
Assists and supports the completion of clinical documentation (Clinical Evaluation and Clinical Investigation related) into PLM.
Ensures the Compliance with SOPs and confidentiality requirements of all clinical documentation through diligent surveillance and training.
Maintains records and document translations and version numbers, where applicable.
Completes procedure for completion, scrutiny, publishing and upload of documentation in the PLM system.
Ensures getting documents reviewed and signed and makes available in to respective stakeholders
Publishes reports requisite reports and schedules for stakeholders and maintains on time completion of documents as per schedule
Education and experience
Life Sciences Graduate with 1 – 3 years of experience in document control or Electronic Trial Master File or as a clinical research coordinator
OR postgraduation with Clinical Research with 0-1 year of experience as a clinical trial coordinator
The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making. The job should possess a good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts & principles upon which the job is based.
