Job Description : Clinical Operations Manager – San Antonio Kidney
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee, manage and direct daily operations of all SAKDC Medical Clinics with ongoing assessment to ensure quality services are being provided.
Oversee, manage and direct daily SAKDC laboratory operations.
Recruitment of all clinical personnel to ensure the clinical departments are staffed adequately.
Oversee the performance, counseling and evaluations of all clinical personnel
Coaching, training and on-going education of all clinical personnel on clinical updates, company policies and procedures
Develops and implements clinical policies and training programs
Oversee and on-call schedules and trades for SAKDC Physicians
Maintains MDVacation calendar
Facilitates the Physician Office Practice Committee (POP), to include collection of data to generate multiple reports and presentations
Serve as a member of the SAKDC HIPAA Committee and performs HIPAA Audits as necessary.
Serves as OSHA and Health Safety Compliance Officer, ensures that all clinics are trained and in compliance with current OSHA safety regulations.
Medical supplies and equipment – coordinates with accounting, managers and vendors to ensure adequate PAR levels and negotiate large purchase.
Coordinate, plan, document and direct Clinic Manager Meetings
Investigate, consult and address all patient complaint issues.
Assist physicians in terminating patient from clinic within guidelines of state requirements and regulations
Serves as co-administrator or electronic death records for the state of Texas
Provide support consultation and advice to the Executive Director regarding all clinical operations
Collaborates with HR in maintaining health records and certifications for physicians and clinical staff members.
Capable of preforming all Clinical Manager tasks.
Is an active participant in the Executive Management team
Attend all committee and physician meetings as requested
All other duties as assigned by the Executive Director and Executive Committee
Training and cross training with coworkers is a daily expectation of your work.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year

Education:

Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

Clinical Office Management: 8 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Certified Medical Assistant or LVN (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

25% (Required)
