1. Assist to promote the construction of collection operation system, as well as the establishment and improvement of collection system and process;
2、Assist to build and improve the local collection team, to complete the overdue account recovery rate set by the department, and effectively control the bad rate.
3、Assist in personnel recruitment, training, assessment, performance management and other work; promote employee skills training plan, impart the skills training of collection skills, improve the career planning of team personnel;
4、Improve and optimize the collection process on a regular basis, effectively improve work efficiency, control the risk of bad debts, and ensure that the expected objectives are achieved;
5、Maintain and improve employee morale, establish employee incentive system, create a passionate team;
6、Take the initiative to be familiar with local judicial procedures and legal collection, accumulate certain contacts and information resources.
