You are a member of the Sales Strategy, Enablement, and Operations (SSEO) team in the Commercial organization. You will report to the Commercial Onboarding Program Manager and have a focus on one region to provide real-time support. You will enable the commercial onboarding programs by performing day-to-day administration, operational, or technical support tasks, contributing to the successful onboarding of Criteo new hires.
What you’ll do:
You will be the main point of contact for the Commercial new hires and their managers during their onboarding.
You will ensure that commercial new hires are properly enrolled in the onboarding program.
You will regularly collect feedback on the onboarding program and new hire experience through surveys and interviews.
You will share relevant feedback and needs from within the region with the Commercial Onboarding Program Manager.
You will develop strong knowledge of our internal Learning Management System functionalities and processes to perform administrative tasks e.g. scheduling and managing live trainings, exporting relevant training data, troubleshooting enrollment issues.
You will identify local contributors in region and maintain a relationship with them.
You will maintain a pool of trainers in region, coordinating skills training with L&Dteams if needed for new trainers.
You will have the opportunity to support the Commercial Onboarding Program Manager to update and maintain existing training content.
