About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Communications Consultant…

In this role, you will:

Execute communication based initiatives and activities
Implement communications strategies to promote and protect Wells Fargo’s reputation
Track and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomes and business objectives
Collaborate and consult with stakeholders, including customers if needed

Required Qualifications, US:

2+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in creating customer facing content, which includes industry newsletters, customer education pieces, thought leadership content, sell sheets or fact sheets
Experience in navigating complex organizations working in a matrix environment
Ability to manage multiple requests at the same time while also managing expectations of multiple stakeholders
Experience in Commercial Banking or Financial Services
Strong writing and communication skills
Creative thinker
Proficient with MS Office suite of products
Experience working with copywriting software

Job Expectations:

Partner with key subject matter experts across Middle Market Banking to produce customer facing content that will be used by Sales teams in their prospecting and relationship building activities.
Work with other functions like Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Legal to ensure content is appropriate for customer distribution.
Leverage best practices from other Lines of Businesses.
Ability to produce content that can be used through a variety of different channels

Pay Range

$55,300.00 – $98,300.00 Annual
