Compensation and People Analytics Strategist
Department Human Resources – Total Rewards As a Compensation and Benefits ambassador, the individual will be responsible for overseeing, managing and administering employee rewards and benefits. The role requires working on programs to attract, retain and motivate high quality employees while reducing attrition and enhancing our company’s profile as the best place to work. It will also incorporate regular reporting and dashboarding around key HR metrics such as market positioning, pay range positioning, attrition, span of control, revenue and cost per employee, pay equity, etc. Roles and Responsibilities: • Participate in external compensation surveys and benchmark internal jobs • Analyze and review compensation data to ensure the company’s policies are competitive • Salary structure creation and maintenance • Analyze new positions to ascertain the appropriate market benchmark and pay range • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations • Closely cooperate and manage the relationship with external compensation consultants • Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the field • Support leadership in C&B processes like merit increase, off-cycle corrections, new benefits introduction, etc • Develop and document procedures to streamline processes • Participate as the team member in strategic projects and initiatives • Educate and support HR Partners on compensation strategy, policies, and programs • Prepare compensation reporting and data analyses • Analyse different components of the compensation in the organization and prepare reports around internal equity and external competitiveness • Provide analytical support and data analysis on projects and human resource metrics • Analyse survey, employee, and financial data to summarize findings, draw conclusions, and make recommendations Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics, or related field • Previous working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist for 3-4 years • Proficient with quantitative and qualitative compensation research • High-level analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to multitask and effectively manage time and workload • Organized and proactive approach • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (ability to manage a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders) • Proficient with HRIS systems and MS Office, specially Excel. Knowledge of G-suite is preferred • Familiarity with current labor rules and regulations related to compensation • Sound knowledge of compensation cycle management and all HR practices • Experience with job analysis and job evaluation systems
