Job Description : Since 1996, ATA Services has been a leading, national service company specializing in ATM compliance, cleaning and data collection. We pride ourselves on our extraordinary and professional Compliance Technicians that provide our customers with timely data regarding their ATM fleet through our mobile app.
ATA Services is seeking a local ATM Compliance Technician to detail clean, photograph, report, take measurements and replace decals or equipment on each ATM they service. This position involves driving to each ATM in your area to service the ATM. Services will then be reported and tracked through our mobile app, StikkyData.
Work Schedule:
This is a part-time position that is worked remotely. It’s perfect for individuals wanting a flexible schedule in order to supplement their income. Most work is performed during regular business hours with the option of servicing outdoor ATMs on the weekends. Some after hour work may be required depending on the scope of the customer requirements (nighttime security, safety and lighting surveys). You choose when the work gets done as long as it is completed by the 25th of each month. Some work may need to be completed within 24 hours of notification. Some traveling may be required.
Duties and Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

Locate, drive to, and verify that ATMs are compliant with bank standards and federal laws. (Our mobile app and documentation will assist you with this process step by step.)
Clean and detail each ATM to remove all grime.
Clean, detail, Photograph, and replace any decals or equipment as required to ATM exteriors.
Take measurements of the ATM to ensure it meets ADA requirements.
Track and maintain an inventory of supplies, decals and other components.

Requirements:

Ability to work after normal business hours to perform security, safety, and lighting inspections.
Basic iPhone and computer skills (Our mobile app is used for data gathering)
Access to a computer with a printer in order to view and print documents on a monthly basis.
Moderate problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Basic maintenance skills. (If you can use a digital level, a screw driver, and tape measure you are set!)
Ability to climb a ladder
Ability to lift 25 lbs
Ability to clearly communicate through phone, email, and text.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
Ability to maintain and manage your work schedule.
Must be able to follow written instructions.
A reliable, economic vehicle with verifiable auto insurance (or able access a rental car, if needed.)
Construction or Customer Service experience preferred

The equipment and supplies needed for the position will be provided.
Pay Type: Piece Rate
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
