Position : Computer Operations Specialist
Job Description : POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports the operationalization of Epic across University Health campuses. Leads endâ€user training using the curriculum approved by principal trainers. Assists with training documentation that is approved by Principal Trainer. Assists in maintaining Epic Training Class Schedule and corresponding attendees. Provides at the elbow support and collects feedback from end users, report that information to the principal trainer. Individual must maintain a good working relationship with co-workers and other UH staff and perform other duties as assigned or defined in the performance evaluation and in the UHS policies and procedures.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Associate’s degree in nursing or information technology or other work related field is preferred. Experience in Epic application systems required. Experience in a healthcare setting is required. Work experience may be substituted for formal education requirement
