Available Shifts:
Sunday – Thursday; 9am – 5:30pm
OR
Sunday; 10am – 6:30pm + Mon – Thurs; 9am – 5:30pm

Pay: $17.25 hourly

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Home Delivery Customer Service Coordinator I will provide daily operations to support the In-source Operations Manager at the Home Delivery HUB.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

Responsible for ensuring the proper execution of daily scheduling needs of multiple customer orders
Professional approach to all outbound/inbound calls related to customer orders for all brands
Confirming customer delivery windows within the system as well as customer contacts
Handle large call volume daily while maintaining quality focus on each call
Keying and verifying of WSI Orders in CCUI/OMS and TPM
Manage all customer contact from scheduling home delivery and pickups to updating our track and trace systems
Interact on a daily basis with our care center associates for returns processing, cancellations, etc.
Meet all department KPIs
Keep work area safe, organized and clean according to general office practices and OSHA requirements daily
Utilize Williams-Sonoma’s Mission, Vision, and Values to govern daily activities while maintaining required accuracy percentages, metrics, and quality standards
Other duties as deemed necessary

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalent
Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team – performing whatever duties are necessary
6 months of prior customer service or call center experience
MS Office Proficient: Outlook, Word, and Excel (Intermediate)
Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and be a fast learner
Flexible to work overtime as required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in scheduling deliveries is preferred
HubWm and TPM knowledge preferred
