Risk Management Services (RMS):
RMS is an internal function within EY, responsible for protecting the organization from the risks that may arise from its professional practice. We work closely with all parts of the organization to identify and manage risks providing coordinated advice and assistance on independence, conflicts, compliance, regulatory, policy, security issues as well as dealing with claims and any queries regarding ethics. The GDS RMS team enjoys good visibility within the global EY RMS community and has been involved in development of some essential RMS processes.
Position Summary:
This is a role that requires incumbent to own & execute global processes related to personal Independence monitoring activities.
The candidate should be able to continuously add value to assigned processes and develop solutions for situations that may not have been previously documented.

Responsibilities (Analytical/Decision making):
Conduct research using both systematic and intuitive secondary research techniquesAnalyse the research findings, draw inferences and conclusions in response to the research requirementUnderstands requirements of firm and regulators’ risk management rules and policiesApply analytical and project management methodology and toolsCompletes all assigned projects/tasks in line with the standard operating proceduresEnsures completeness, accuracy and appropriateness of all task assignedFacilitates and drives the process to completion by timely following up on requests from OnshorePlans and organizes own work and keeps the project managers / stakeholders informed of status and activitiesPerforms a self-review of the results prior to submitting to the project managersFlags issues/potential challenges to the project managers at an appropriate time so that timely action can be initiated
Knowledge, skills and experience requirements:
Excellent customer service skills, including responsiveness and commitment to qualityHighest standard of ethics, integrity, and values.Role may require working post shift hoursAttributes will be agility, teaming and global mind-set.Good analytical skills with a logical mind-set

Qualifications, certifications and education requirements
MBA/MCOM/MA or equivalent post-graduate degree from a reputed institute0 – 0.6 years of experience in a research / analysis roleCandidates with exposure to handling international customers/client interaction would be preferred.Well-developed analytical, interpersonal, and communication (both verbal and written) skills in EnglishWell acquainted with MS Office
