Position : Construction Project Manager

Job Description : Construction Project Manager to manage and oversee a mutli-family renovation construction project from start to finish.
Summary
Selected candidate will be directly responsible for organizing, supervising, scheduling & planning for the project to maximize cost efficiency and motivate employees and subcontractors to complete each project assigned on time and under budget. Provide technical expertise on site cost estimates, negotiate contracts and change orders, and establish project objectives.

Must be a self-starter with a collaborative spirit.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management skills, results-driven, with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, managing multiple subcontractors & trades simultaneously.
A strong analytical thought process with sound judgement and a keen attention to detail.
Manage and monitors work of subcontractors; provides follow up to ensure completion of work and accurate, timely deliveries.
Understand scope of work included in the original pro forma budget and advise management of revisions that may be necessary.
Monitor plan development and specifications for cost effectiveness.
Ensure building code compliance with subcontractors
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 – $53.00 per hour
Schedule:

10 hour shift
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Project management: 5 years (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
