Job Description : What will you do?

Must be good in English & Bangla.
Work with planners and account managers to understand client briefs and produce creative ideas.
Research and plan creative approach by learning about the client’s product, target audience, and competitor activities in the market.
Conceptualize ideas and stories by understanding the psychology of the audience and making intuitive decisions about how to tell them.
Talk about the client’s main message and target audience with other members of the creative team. Then produce visual and copy ideas together.
Create original, clear, persuasive, and credible ideas/messages/scripts, and then show these to clients and coworkers, so they can believe them.
Check the progress, change the copy, and add feedback until the client is satisfied.
Use empathy, composure, and presence of mind when you’re in a worse situation.
Make sure everyone in the team meets the quality and deadline expectations.

What skills and experience you will need?

A Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Mass Communications or related field
1 – 2 years of work experience in copywriting
Familiarity with creative processes and techniques – including digital media. (search keywords)
Proven ability in being creative and thinking digital
