Job Description : As an HCSS Corporate Ambassador, you have the unique opportunity of contributing to a fun and exciting, family-oriented environment for a software company in Sugar Land, TX, and one of the Best Places to Work in Texas for 14 years in a row! We are looking for individuals who possess a positive attitude and love to help people to ensure our customers, prospects, applicants, and vendors have a great experience when working with us.You will be the first person to greet the people on the phone and in-person to make them feel special and set a great tone and impression of our company. You also have the responsibility to evaluate calls from telemarketers and salespeople to see if anyone needs to hear their pitch. You will also assist in other department projects using your administrative skills. We’re searching for someone whose smile shines through any medium. Does yours?Job Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal skills
Multitasking customer-centric activities with clerical activities
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Operating the phone system with multiple customers at a time
Availability 8:00am- 5:00pm Monday through Friday at our office in Sugar Land, TX
NOTE: This is only a temporary position for at least 4 months.
