Job Description : Responsibilities
Planning, preparing and executing PR communications & campaigns for the organization
Drafting press releases and releasing it on various platforms, including digital
Partner with public affairs for policy advocacy efforts including relationship management with industry bodies, influencer network amongst others
Developing content (creative writing and technical writing) for multiple media, platforms and management thought leadership
Researching and responding to press enquiries. Drafting and distributing news releases using a combination of traditional and modern social media approach
Participate in the organization of events including press conferences, open floors, etc.
Liaison with media, individuals and other organizations for the purpose of maintaining sound public image of the organization
Facilitate the creation of corporate video, presentations, company literature, publicity matters, etc.
Planning and executing competently for launches and press conferences
Liaise with departments and leadership to ensure seamless implementation of communication plans
Communications strategy and messaging in the emerging markets and help strengthen the media relationship.
Drive visibility for the brand and build media relationships across mainline, regional and trade media.
Requirement
4+ years of experience in progressive roles in communications and public relations.
Expertise in English-language communications, including excellent writing skills.
A love of storytelling.
