Job Title : Counsellor

Location : Delhi-NCR/ Ahmedabad
Experience : 0-1 years

Responsibility
Call conversion to appointments/procedure booking
Counseling charts/presentations and other aids to be used
complete pre-op instructions to be given
correct timings to be given to the patients
OT files and complete discharges
Coordinate with TPA for credit SX cases
Ensuring that all the patients prescribed surgery are attended to before leaving for the day
Operating surgeons, anaesthetist and patient to be informed one day prior
Lens name to be mentioned specifically
All referred cases from other centers to be included
OT list to be prepared every day after confirmation from admin and distributed to all concerned
OT list to be given to store in time for arrangement of lenses
To get the abnormal IOL power crosschecked by the doctor and providing the information to store
Proper documentation of PL letter after checking the eye to be operated, date of SX, validity of PL, and other papers with the billing

Qualification
Graduate, preferably a science graduate
Passion for healthcare

Skills
Excellent written & spoken Hindi & English Language
Good interpersonal skills
Team player
