Job Description : Covid-19 Screener
The primary objective role is to provide customers with self-administered COVID-19 tests and answer any questions regarding the testing process. Candidates must be able to provide knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries while directing them to the proper resources.
COVID-19 Screener Position Objective:

Respond to customer questions
Provide self-administered covid-19 tests to customers
Explain proper testing procedures and protocols
Explain follow up and expected result time frames
Remain up to date customer success strategies and best practice and support pathways
Communicate effectively with each customer
Ensure each test is correctly labeled and recorded
Ensure all records are kept up to date
Effectively communicate with other team members

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in communications, sales or customer success
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytical and process-oriented mindset
Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
Associate’s degree or higher preferred

Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour
